Our concept is to pick parts in each individual company that has good quality, reliability and low cost ownership, and offer it to the end-user. Consumables materials that Aneric specializes in are Silicon, Anodized Metals, Stainless Steel, Mercury Lamp, Aluminum, Ceramics, Bellows, Quartz, O-Rings, Wafer Handling Box, UV and Non-UV Tapes and Implanters Parts, etc.

For metal parts that need precise machining, we have teamed up with ACE Co. Precision Manufacturing, U.S.A. They have been in the semiconductor industry for about 18 years, and their strengths include Susceptor, Gas Distribution Plate, Electrodes and Perf Plates which are components for dry etch and CVD equipment.

ACE Co. uses Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which are entered into a database, and then electronically tracked for a instant recall and statistical analysis. Their parts must pass quality assurance tests. One outstanding service of ACE Co. is their many technical support aids to help our end-user identify problems, save money, and reduce wafer damage. They will furnish a failure analysis report on the end-user's existing part, which will help the customer understand how the consumable component is impacting the current process.

One of our main strength in consumables is being able to supply Silicon. We represent Bullen Ultrasonics, Inc. who has made numerous parts with this material. This silicon material is home grown in a crystal growth apparatus and manufactured in Bullen. Customers can expect precision quality results from Bullen, to deliver finish pieces that will meet the most demanding tolerance requirements.

Ceramics is one material that all semiconductors are currently using. Being able to withstand severe mechanical and thermal loads as well as resist abrasion and chemical attack, we have teamed up with LTD Ceramics, Inc., a company that is an acknowledged leader in the technical ceramics industry with a tradition of innovation and total customer satisfaction They have proven with results and innovator in high quality, fast turnaround, cost effective and high-purity aluminum ceramics.

There are different material types of O-Rings in the market. Our approach is to provide the same part required by the end-user or introduce a better replacement when it comes along. All O-Rings material come from Japan and a manufacturer of Aneric's molds the materials into rings of different sizes. To penetrate the competitiveness of this market, Aneric aims to make their O-Rings cost-effective with the best service possible.

Univeks™ CW, high purity glass-like carbon wafers for reference wafers and membrane thickness monitoring wafers, are manufactured via injection molding of Univeks™ phenol resin followed by carbonization under inert atmosphere. It can be used under the same conditions as Si wafers. Its non-transparency makes sensors possible to detect it easily. It has excellent dimensional stability at elevated temperatures, which prevents deposits from peeling and excellent chemical resistance, particularly against strong acids, brings dozens times of recyclability.
